WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are considered FINAL. Returns accepted only in the case of defective product or mis-shipment. No exchanges for other sizes, or designs. No exceptions. Sorry.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Prices that are listed on the site do not include postage. Postage is determined at the time of purchase.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

No.

WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. It may take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order (Applicable for DOMESTIC UNITED STATES orders of in-stock items ONLY). This does not include transit time, pre-orders OR International (outside of the United States) orders. USPS often has delays. This is out of our control.

WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We use DHL order to guarantee the most affordable International Shipping Rates. Unfortunately, DHL / International orders require a much longer processing time than domestic United States orders. There may be (up to) a 30 day processing period for all international orders. This DOES NOT include transit time. DHL may take up to 30 days or longer to deliver international parcels. Once a parcel leaves our facility, it is in the hands of DHL and therefore, is entirely out of our control. Once it is shipped, there is nothing we can do unless the parcel is returned to us. International customers are advised to order at your own risk.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail orders@pyrepressmerch.com immediately. A 5% order cancellation fee is applicable to all orders that are canceled for any reason whatsoever.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We ship every domestic order via USPS and every international order via DHL. We will not use any other carriers. Sorry.

WHY HAS MY PACKAGE BEEN DELAYED IN TRANSIT?

Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do regarding this, aside from the tracking numbers, which are provided during the time of purchase. Once orders leave our facility, it is in the hands of USPS and out of our control. Shipments do get delayed, it is a risk you take when you order something on the internet.

DO YOU NEED MY COMPLETE ADDRESS?

Of course. Please make sure to provide a COMPLETE address. If you leave out an Apartment, Suite or Floor number, it is likely the post office will return the package to us. In that case you would need to repay the shipping cost again, plus any associated cost we are charged by the post office for the return postage on your package. This is easily avoided by providing complete and total address information. No exceptions. We will NOT ship any orders with incomplete address information.

WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ONCE IT LEAVES YOUR FACILITY?

A shipping notification will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order. All items are shipped in brand new condition, safely and securely. Once the order is shipped PYRE PRESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage incurred in transit to your package. By ordering from this site you agree to these terms. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

While USPS has their selected delivery times (1-day, 2-day, etc), they do not guarantee delivery in these times and therefore neither does PYRE PRESS. It may take a day or so for us to prepare, package and ship your order. Please do not expect it to arrive in 1 day, or 2 days, and so forth.

HOW ARE PRICES DISPLAYED?

Prices are shown in USD. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter. PYRE PRESS are not responsible for any mis-calculated currency conversion by any customer.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes; however, Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International orders may require an additional 5 or so business days for processing prior to shipping. No exceptions. Sorry.

WHAT HAPPENS IF CUSTOMS IS HOLDING MY PACKAGE?

We will not contact Customs for you, or assume any responsibility regarding Customs, or packages that are held at Customs. Sorry.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

We do not guarantee the delivery of international orders. If the package returns to our shipping facility, we will reach out to you. 

ARE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDABLE?

Under no circumstances are shipping costs refundable. Sorry.

DO YOU OFFER ‘HOLDS’ ON ITEMS?

Absolutely not. We will not hold any items at our facility, or any where else, under any circumstances. Do not ask us to do this ever.

CAN YOU COMBINE TWO SEPARATE ORDERS I PLACED INTO ONE SHIPMENT?

No. We have a very small staff that handles everything. It's not possible as it causes too many delays. No exceptions. Sorry.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PRE-ORDERED ITEM AND ANOTHER THAT’S CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE?

They will ship together once both items are available. If you do not want this to occur, then please place two separate orders. Please do not contact us asking to change your order or ship items separately after you have placed your order. We will not make changes to existing orders. Again, we are a small staff. Please understand this.

I REALLY LIKE THIS DESIGN, BUT CAN YOU PRINT IT ON _____ BRAND SHIRT? CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE SHIRT FOR ME?

NO.  We use the highest quality garments, with the highest quality inks for a very specific reason. These garments are hand picked by us and the bands. The placement of the artwork Is carefully considered. We do not offer any customization for any dollar amount and any inquiry regarding such notion will be ignored. Sorry!

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

They are true-to-size. However, please keep in mind that these are mass produced garments. We do not cut and sew these garments in house. We only print on them. While they are very high quality, PYRE PRESS will not issue refunds for the following: loose threads, fit, or inconsistencies with the garment itself. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I OPEN A PAYPAL CLAIM WITH PYRE PRESS?

Any customer that issues a PayPal claim with PYRE PRESS for any reason will be permanently and irreversibly BANNED from ordering from this site for life without any warning what-so-ever. Any future (attempted) order will be refunded in full without correspondence. By ordering from this site, you are accepting responsibility for your actions. No exceptions.
